Estrada will have early success but Povetkin will outwork him by the end. I was surprised and impressed Povetkin took this fight though. It is at least remotely conceivable that Estrada on a good night could outpoint him, or at least deserve to, and that could put Povetkin's mandatory status in jeapordy. I can't imagine Estrada would actually get the decision unless it was a landslide, but still.

I agree. It will be a competitive fight.

Jason Estrada is MUCH better than Povetkin's last "stay active" opponent, Taurus Sykes.

I'm hoping to find a stream. It's being shown by both Setanta in the UK and ARD in Germany, so that doubles our chances of finding something.

Tunney, do you know what time this fight will air? I am also interested in the chief support. I have seen Sosnowski a few times and I am decidedly underwhelmed, but Pianeta has a couple all right names on his resume (Gammer and Marrone specifically) and I'd like to see him. I think I read Setanta picked this up in the UK. An English language stream would be awesome.

Yes it is being shown by Setanta.

It will probably it will start about 4 pm Eastern (or 1 pm my Pacific time).

I'll be keeping a lookout for a livestream. You can receive round-by-round reports in German here:

                  http://sport.ard.de/sp/boxen/

The undercard is already in progress, and they are posting the updates.

Here are some early results from non-televised undercard fights:

Prospects Juergen Doberstein (6-1-1, 2 KOs) and Henry Weber (10-0-1, 2 KOs) fought to a six-round draw (super middleweights).

Dustin Dirks (9-0, 4 KOs) won a six-round decision over Belgian opponent Alessio Singh (3-6, 1 KO) (light heavyweights).
