He's not his countryman, Froch is English, Joe is Welsh.

What happened to Hatton being the lineal WORLD champ then??
Froch is ****ing gash and getting stopped. he woudl hold onto the belt if he stayed at home and spent a few years fighting world class operators and building up the level to elite. But he isnt. so respect to him i suppose. But he is going to get his ass handed to him by Taylor.

In all fairness it would be hard to turn that down, style-wise Froch would get embarrassed imo and it would be one of the easier fights for Joe, and the risk-reward factor might be pretty good too.

Froch is very hittable and slow, his saving grace is that he has a good chin and is aggressive with a killer uppercut. I personally can see Calzaghe winning with a shut-out, must be hard to turn that down if an opportunity came to pass with a Froch win over Taylor of a UK PPV.

With sufficent hype and care, it could be Eubank-Benn of the 21st century with more dough for both men.

As soon as the level of competition was raised ,slightly PASCAL, everyone saw FROCH's self proclaimed massive powwer as non existent. He was catching PASCAL clean but nothing was happening and i've seen PASCAL hurt and down before so its not like he's facing a fighter with a LIBRADE ANDRADE like chin.FROCH in my opinion would NOT HURT CALZAGHE and he's delusional if he truly believes he'd have JOE out in 6.FROCH always spins things anyway, first JOE is running from PAVLIK to fight an old man ,then when HOPKINS beats PAVLIK 7 months later,FROCH goes quiet. He said before the JONES/CALZAGHE fight that ROY would take a decision, after the fight the tune changes and he once again fought an old man ,as if FROCH didn't know ROYS' age when he predicted JONES over CALZAGHE.He hardly EVER mentions that CALZAGHE beat KESSLER ,but continually brings up CALZAGHE fighting MANFREDO.listen,in my opinion Bernard Hopkins,Mikkel Kessler,s**t I would even favor Sakio Bika over the totally unproven Froch. As for Joe never fighting Froch,Joe said it best when he was active"why? He doesn't draw 3000 IN HIS HOMETOWN'HBO isn't interested in Froch and the main reason is he hasn't beat a top ten fighter(before PASCAL)and when I win everyone will say JOE once again fighting nobodies. How many undefeated fighters are theyre who havn't fought anyone?TONS,what seperates Froch from them?NOTHING."

Froch's obsession with Calzaghe is equal to Junior Witter's Obsession with Ricky Hatton.

                      Look what happened there.

STFU Froch and worry about your own career and not someone else's legacy that you wish you had.
