i watched carl froch vs Albert Rybacki froch is trash he's way slower than JT and he telegraphs the uppercut and he occasionally throws backfist with his jabs he has a ackward style with his lack of handspeed and foot speed will cause him proublems with JT even if he wasn't looking pass him

He tends to fight down to the level of competition. He looked a lot better against Magee and Pascal (especially in the second half of the fight).
