He's a champion in only two divisions. Featherweight and Jr. Lightweight.
The ABCs can go to hell.
He'll be a 3 division champion, if and when he beats Hatton.
By my (and The Ring's) standards, he'll have one MORE title than Floyd Mayweather has won. Which is HONESTLY not to start ****, considering I think Floyd is an incredible athlete. However, I just can't take ABC belts seriously.

Julian Solis August 29, 1980 - November 14, 1980
Jeff Chandler November 14, 1980 - April 7, 1984
Richie Sandoval April 7, 1984 - March 10, 1986
Gaby Canizales March 10, 1986 - June 4, 1986
Bernardo Pinango June 4, 1986 - March 1987 (moved up to junior featherweight)
That's where the lineage stopped. How was Manny the champion? Being the best in the division doesn't automatically make you the TRUE champion.
