What allowed him to dominate was Paulie's lack of offense -- he had one weak hand.

        More exaggerations.

More exaggerations. He was stopped once by body shot, and that was a decade ago. You're not dealing with a little teenager, this is a totally different fighter now.

Of course he's improved. If he hadn't, he wouldn't be P4P #1... something Ricky Hatton will never achieve.

The same Oscar De La Hoya Hatton turned down a fight with. Easy to talk **** after the fact, but the fact is Manny had the balls to take the fight. Few people are "blinded" by the Oscar win. More of us are not quite as shallow as Hatton suggests.

No they're not, they're going off the fact Pacquiao is an incredibly talented fighter who proved himself many times before he ever stepped in the ring with Oscar.

Yeah right... your dad and your girlfriend are just being nice to you.

'Zilla would get knocked out, he's a *****.

That's funny... I'm pretty sure I saw him knock Morales down going backwards and being chased.

Yeah, well, good luck with that.

Manny's speed will help him put his fists in your face. That's all that counts.

        You're not fighting Paulie Malignaggi.

That's funny... I'm pretty sure I saw him knock Morales down going backwards while being chased.

        Blah. Wait and see.

imo both these guys have trouble back-peddling....

and ricky turned down the oascar fight, because ricky is in his prime and knew he was shot....and manny really never took the fight in the first place against oscar....it was devised by merchant, and then pushed upon him by freddie "louder mouth than sr." roach.....and roach himself has admitted on video i've seen that ricky is up there with marquez and morales as pac's toughest opponents....hes talking out of his ass these days because of the rivalry with floyd, sr.

Alright!!!! Hatton talkin the smack!!! now it should get interesting... He didn't lie though... Pac has blazing speed but he has no chin and he does't look like he can take a liver shot from Ricky.. If you look at the JMM fight Pac looked horrible defensively... Ricky needs to work his jab on his way in to the clinch and he should win. When he comes into the clinch with hs hands down is when he finds himself in alot of trouble... Against Paulie he was jabbing on the way in and it transformed him completely as a fighter... Floyd Sr really does make a lot of difference when it comes to Ricky... Pac is not great going backwards and he'll get caught...

Hell No, Hatton said that he didn't want to fight DLH yet because he felt that he needed a couple more fights with May Sr.
Then Pacquiao won, and Hatton is being a ***** about it now, because he saw how Pacquiao beat De La Hoya easily, and now he probably thinks he could have beaten De La Hoya easily.

also you know ricky and oscar are good friends in real life....but oscar has even more problems with body shots, and oscar always had a good chin...hatton has him done in 5-7 rounds that night...and even a average ww beats oscar on points that night....roach and pac have stumped the public...think hes superman of boxing going and beating a legend thas past his prime at a weight that looks impressive for pac to come up too....keep in mind oscar had to go down in weight just so pac could fight him...so know roach's mindset has pac walking into a trap against a live bigger in his prime fighter come may 2nd

It's a weird, intriguing one. Even being confident visualizing a win for either guy, you look at the permutations, combine with the size of the event, and the fight's like this dramatic canvas - there's the feeling some completely unseen twist is gonna take place, whoever wins.

Pacquiao probably has one of the best chins of this decade. And have you ever seen his abs. His abs are solid, and he says he could take ab shots all fight long.
Pacquiao has been stunned plenty of times, but he recovers great. Most of the time he recovered within seconds. His Chin is very Durable.
And in the JMM fight, Pac didn't look HORRIBLE defensively. His defense is very underrated by many. Im not saying his defense is great like Floyds, Winkys, or Hopkins. But his defense is pretty good. He does get hit solidly, but in his last 2 fights, he has shown better boxing abilities. He used to just be that Jab Jab left fighter. Now he throws a great number of different combos, and his head movement is insane.

his last 2 fights were against oscar and david diaz and this is the problem why is it that paquiao is all of a sudden such a great boxer based on those 2 fights those were his easiest fights in about 3-4 years yes oscar is oscar but come on

and hattons best win is against a 35 year old who had multiple surgeries and i think it was 10 rounds in 2 years.
Oscar would have beaten Hatton, it's just Pacquiao is number 1 P4P for a reason. Oscar is past his best, but he is nowhere near what you are stating. Oscar on that night could have probably handled being in the right with anybody else, its just pacquiao was so fast, that Oscar didn't see what was hitting him. Its not like Pacquiao won on raw man strength. He was hitting oscar with Tons of Power shots that would have slowed anybody down.
