good logic all points to a juanma victory...

but then again good logic wasn't there lately when jmm beat diaz, mosley beat margarito, MP beat ODLH, & penalosa himself when he beat gonzales...

anyway, i will give props to juanma if he wins... the odds facing penalosa are quite daunting... i feel he will not win if the fight goes the distance, even if he does good... ( assuming the judges are all cretins like the ones they had in texas for the john-juarez tussle... ) his only chance to win is by KO which is very unlikely against a prime stud like lopez...

Your logic makes sense except in the case of JMM beating Diaz.
Your implying that JMM was the underdog which was not the case. Regardless, I understand what you're gettin at.

"Retarted"? Do you mean "******ed"? What "calibur"? "Caliber" you mean? lol

Well, the reason there is clear. Ponce De Leon was running away from Penalosa during the fight. Look at the video of their fight. It was Penalosa chasing De Leon around the ring, from round 6 to the later rounds of the fight. Despite being the smaller guy. Not the other way around. In fact, many believed that Penolosa won that fight. And, Penalosa would have knocked Ponce De Leon out, if Ponce De Leon just exchanged punches with Penalosa through out the fight, instead of running around the ring.

In Juanma vs. Ponce De Leon fight, Ponce De Leon didn't run away from Juanma. He stood toe-to-toe in the middle of the ring, until Juanma was able to connect a lucky punch, which startled and knocked Ponce De Leon down. Ponce De Leon is not a counter-puncher like Champ Penalosa. THAT'S WHERE THE BIG DIFFERENCE LIES! Our warrior (Champ Penalosa) is an A-1 fighter. A great boxing tactician at that. Yours (Juanma) is just a Class B fighter.

Are you using your "gray matter" now?

Lol at your ****** ******ed ass, saying it was a lucky punch.

Anyways, most of you ignorasses, have only seen Juanma from De Leon on. The people who have seen him before, knows Juanma have better boxing skills than Penalosa. Penalosa is just a B-, C+ caliber fighter, A- fighers dont lose 6 times, let alone get outbox and outpunch by De Leon. De Leon won that fight easy.

              Juanma KO8 if not earlier!!!!!!!!!!!!

                  Re: Penalosa vs. Juanma

Remember this: No boxer of Hispanic lineage (not even the much hyped Juan Manuel Lopez) can prevail over our Champion Gerry Penalosa (the great warrior from the great bloodline of Rajah Lapu-lapu - Magellan's conqueror).

Come April 25, the Great Boxing Tactician (WBO Bantamweight Champ Gerry Penalosa) will come to your turf (Puerto Rico) to dominate and tame the "Raging Bull" (Juan Manuel Lopez)!

                    Just a question but...
Didn't Ponce De Leon prevail over Gerry?
Would that count as hispanic lineage?
