The economy and our corrupt government is hurting boxers the most. Tommy Hearns should say that he doesn't have the money to pay them back and tell them to go screw themselves. This is just another attempt by the government to make boxers poorer. This is illegal under the constitution. I mean what's the government going to be using that tax money for?
