Pacman is not getting by Ricky... and even if he did. He would lose to Floyd, Cotto, and Mosley. He should try to keep his legacy going by beating JMM in a 3rd fight where he could actually win. Im telling you all... if Manny really does move up to fight the top welters and Floyd he is going to get battered. I keep playing images of him going against the top welters in my head and it plays out pretty ugly. I admire his bravery but he really should just stay 140lb and below.

if he wants a shot at a WW belt he should do what floyd did. in his case, fight berto for the wbc belt and NEVER fight any other WW champ

maybe if berto gasses out as usual or starts out stiff and nervous, he'd have a slim chance, but he'd get destroyed if he fought cotto or mosley... even mayweather doesn't want to do it, so why would little pac do it? he'll likely die trying

i read this today in the latest ring mag....and they said that arum controls vegas pretty much and puts pressure on the judges because he has so much influence...but i heard that if you have 15,000, 20,000 brits screaming drunk and hattons band going insane...it will put pressure on the judges to rule in hatton's favor....but i have heard bob arum puts pressure on judges to rule i nfavor of top rank

did you see the scorecards of the hatton/floyd fight? they weren't even close, and trust me, they're gonna be less brits in the pac fight than in the floyd fight

Agreed Falcon. If PacMan can't get Floyd down to 140 there's no way he should take the fight right now. Pac Man is writing his own checks (and history) with potential fights with JMM and Valero. Once Pac is acclimated to the weight, maybe he can go for a lineal title wt another weight class.

This is all provided he beats Hatton, which is not guaranteed.

Floyd should fight a real WW or retire.

I have been saying this for the past 2 months. Floyd Mayweather Jr. Vs JMM in July and Pacman vs Mayweather Jr. In December. It makes perfect sense for everyone. When Mayweather beats JMM and When Pacman beats Hatton it will make perfect sense. Then you will probably see a Hatton vs JMM fight. Everybody wins. By that Time Cotto will finish his problems with Bob and be on Golden Boy. He will fight Sugar Shane Mosley in January and we will all be happy. I hope.
