the pinoy pride has his reasons why MP-JMM 3 wont happen yet..
imo, the road for manny's career is not too long, he maybe retired soon, so he wants to be fed on a bigger fish around.. JMM is a big "fish" in terms of boxers quality and ability i just dont know he wudnt sell that much..

manny's first motivation of getting into boxing is to help his family financily i guess, so he wants to capture more money before hanging up his gloves..
a much more selling fight wud be his priority..


i hope he wont be dethroned p4p king until a retirement..

Marquez is right at the top of his game. But, he's not getting any younger. I think this fight has to happen within the next 12 months as marquez is already in the twilight of his career.

That was a fluke. A past prime Barrera proved it in the rematch. Not to mention Barrera would've made it the full 12 rounds, but his brother didn't want to see that happen.

Barerra wasn't fighting to win agains Pac in the second fight. He was fighting simply not to get knocked out. But in the first fight he fought to win, and got obliterated. Styles make fights man. Junior Jones also put Barerra away.

Bro. I think Manny has no chance against Floyd at 147, unless a year off made him totally shot. I would love to see Manny beat Floyd, but I do not think it is possible.
