Actually, I think Mayweather had the overall better skillset.

but Leonard was so gifted physically. lightning quick hands, and had much more power than some people give him credit before. putting together their physical gifts and skill, then Leonard was the better fighter.

Leonard is mostly known for his fights with Duran, Hearns, Benitez, and Hagler, but he had a ton of quality wins on the side, over Floyd Sr, Armando Muniz, Pete Ranzany, Dave Green, and Ayub Kalule(one of the best 154lb fighters of all time)
