I got Duran by decision, Floyd ain't strong enough to beat a WW like Duran, but his defense keeps him safe.

at lightweight I might give Mayweather a better shot, but at WW, no way.

Stylistically, they both present problems to each other but I think Duran's intensity and underrated skills will get him the victory in a close fought decision through 12 rounds, could be a bit wider in a 15 round fight.

I dont get the bolded part. Not to say floyd has no weaknesses but what did duran have to give floyd a problem on paper?

He had a helluva lot more than Castillo did. More speed, strength, punching power, defense, slickness, ferocity, footspeed, handspeed and faced better opposition. And Castillo gave Floyd two tough fights, arguably winning the first in the minds of most fans. a better question would be, what doesn't Duran have that gives Floyd problems?

                ummm......punching power and boxing skill.

floyd has never fought anyone on duran's level. fact.

duran has fought plenty of guys as good or better than floyd. fact.

think of all of floyd's opponents. who was the best skilled? who was the fastest?

sometimes the right opponent(s) make people look better than they are.

Thats what he is. What should I call him a swarmer instead? KO punches-in-bunches. Im not saying he is a wild swinger like Marciano if thats what your thinking. But pretty much he will stay on the inside and try to pound it out with you. Stand up and ****. Go toe 2 toe. What else do you want to call it?

But seriously(not in reply to Jab). Just because Duran is an ATG doesn't mean that he will beat Floyd who is a future ATG if not already added to the list. Seriously. Im sick of this ****. Its like every got damn name that is from the past automatically beats the present just because of their name. Oh, Duran wins automaticalls, Ali wins automatically, Foreman wins automatically, marciano wins automatically, blah blah blah. WTF? no one is not saying they aren't great but got damn. Just throw styles making fights out the window. Duran automatically wins because of his name.

Your gonna tell me Duran who looks for the finish all the time is going to beat Floyd Mayweather JR who will pot shot the **** out of you and avoid your shots better than anyone else since Whitaker? Your telling me, Duran is going to take Floyd to a decision. I can only come to few conclusions about this.

                  1. your ******...

                  2. your ****** because you believe what I stated in the paragraph above....

                  3. your a nub

                  4. you underrate Floyd way too ****ing much

                  5. you hate Floyd.

If styles make match ups and thats what you believe and know true. Then there is no reason to pick Duran. Its going to be a decision in Floyd's favor. WHy? because thats why people think Floyd is boring. he isn't going to come at you, he's going to stay away and beat you that way. Power doesn't matter when your going to take it to a decision anyways. I honestly dont believe Floyd would think he can finish Duran. Period.
