All of Muhammad Ali's fights when he opened up cuts on his opponents faces were done by loaded wraps.

Even Marciano's, Jack Dempsey's, Joe Louis', Kid McCoy's fights were done with loaded wraps.

Sonny Liston wasn't that powerful he just had loaded wraps. Mike Tyson too.

I wish i wasnt thinking like that, but some one just made a great point about the taylor/chavez fight chavez done all his damage late on, as did tony, also tony's former trainer has worked with many mexican fighters, so how do we know this has not been goin on for years in mexico sad but it could be true

I doubt it....it should be judged case by case, associating with cepetillo shouldnt be the only determining factor.

i disagree with u all the way chavez was doing damage throughout the fight. it was that damage that caught up late to taylors ko. u can go back in that fight chavez was hitting with venomous combos a good 8 rnds . marg literally did damage late about 4 rnds the most that 1 is no question he cheated. but 2 answer the main question no i cant say just mexican fighters but boxing as a whole. plaster is not the only issue but wrapping hands illegal period, like tito for instance. this can happen with any boxer
