Don't forget that all those people you just named(Marg., Williams, Clottey) are natueral Jr. Middleweights while Cotto is a natueral Jr. Welterweight.

Duran quitting against SRL is a fact.
Taking a knee can be interpreted as sacrificing a round to get a few seconds of rest. Some might even think its a strategy of some sort.

What im saying is these are all interpretations and shouldnt be classified as a "fact".
but he took a knee without even gettting hit. basically he said "i quit"

Just like an honest interpretation from me he tried to rest for a few seconds which i never claimed is a fact.

One reason that I came up with that COULD be... Again this is jsut a wild thought...

Margarito new that he wouldnt be able to keep up with Shane because of Shanes speed and the fact that he felt weight drained......

He loaded the gloves with the intent to go to the body and slow Mosley down... I dont think that Margs thought he could beat Mosley.... He knew he was slower and said he was weight drained and did anything that he could to keep his name where it was and didnt want to lose anymore big money fights knowing that he is towards the end of his career....

              Just a thought......

after doing something a million times, any sane person tends to not pay attention to certain things.

I'm certain the first time capetillo cheated, margo felt the difference, but maybe margo is just too trusting / gullible when capetillo told him it was a different way of wrapping and not cheating.

technically yes, but cotto quit nonetheless

there is no triangle, williams destroyed quitnana under 1 round.

its very possible that margo cheated against pwill as well. pwill beat up marg in sparring. plus pwill is huge; why wouldn't he want some kind of advantage on pwill.

especially if you count the late round surge for margo, its definitely as probable that margo cheated against pwill as he might have done for cotto.

that said, pwill took plaster for 12 rounds and won, whereas cotto took plaster and quit.
What a bunch of crap! a 19 year vet knows how legal wraps feel .If he didnt say anything its becuase he liked the results. And if your honest you stop , knowing that he who cheats, cheats himself .

Common now, you know its just your interpretation.
As long as theres no rules saying taking a knee is considered quitting then its just an interpretation. You may be right... but no way is taking a knee an automatic quit. imo.

which also means that, after getting caught with his gloves loaded. Cheato margarito got b*tch slapped, lost every round, and got "ktfo" by old *ss light hitting ssm....now margasexuals are???? I'll just leave it there..lol
