In order for Hatton to even come forward to press Pacquiao you think he isnt going to taste leather doing so? And if Paulie bruised Hattons eye and Mayweather cut him up in the 3rd you dont think Pac's punches are gonna slow Hatton down from trying to maul and come forward.

I dont think Hattons that dumb to keep pressing the situation coming forward take jabs and left hands in the process well actually I DO since we all know what happened when Mayweather kept getting in his pot shots and lead rights during the mid part of that fight, HATTON SLOWED DOWN.

Hatton is competitive for the first 3rds while he still has his batteries charged but come mid to late rounds after numerous counters, jabs, lefts, combinations, spinning, turning, and chasing Pac, Hatton slows down and is stopped.
yea but hatton is going to come in with a jab....he was clubing paulie all night with a jab...and if little pac is going to throw the power left hatton is going to club him with a hook...marquez exposed this...and paulie tryed to be cute and come in and hatton would club him...and remember it was floyd and paulie that were holding on to ricky...i think its a myth that hatton just holds

I think everyone who said Delahoya was going to KO Pac or Pac has no chance, or this fight is too much for Pac, or Delahoyas size is too much for Pac, or Delahoya has been in there with better opposition,
DOWN PLAYS PAC'S WIN OVER DELAHOYA.

Well the problem is hatton doesn;t stand in front of his opponent but rather goes in front of them...

I guess it would be a good fight... Depending on how both fighters take those shots...

Hatton can KO pac if pac cant take his punches and Pac in the other hand can KO hatton due to accumulation of punches...

          I cant wait for this!!!

Freddie is one of the most cautious people in boxing. People like Freddie look at everything; they look at the advantages and disadvantages and weigh the risks. He goes over all the details in his head over and over.

This is the part of Freddie I really like and why I do consider him one of the best in the game today. I may not agree with everything he does, but he has my respect with many things.

It doesn't mean he is always right or will not ever fall into the trap of over-looking things or becoming to big-headed, but overall, he does seem to try to stay calm for the sake of his fighter (and his own career).

What did Oscar say after the fight to Freddie?

What does your history show you?

Thats double standard. You should hold Oscar and his allstar team accountable for that loss. Some "Professionals" they are.Freddie believed that he had the better fighter. It was an unpopular choice, he even admitted in 24/7 that he doubts himself sometimes.

When Oscar and his team says it = its only to hype up the fight
When Pac and Freddie talks about their chances = they shouldnt have taken advantage of poor Oscar going down 7 pounds.

I like Manny Pacquiao but my heart keeps telling me that Ricky will be too much for him at 140. Not sure why this feeling is so strong inside but it is. I can be wrong come May 3rd but I went against my gut on other fights like Mosley/Margarito, when my gut told me that Mosley had a chance but I slept on him for the hype.

Then it was Juan Manuel Marquez/Juan Diaz, when I picked JMM months prior but changed my mind like a week before. The only reason why I picked De La Hoya over Manny was because I'm just not that sold on Manny like the majority. Something tells me that his biggest challenge is coming up & not too confident that he will beat Hatton. That's just my opinion but can be proven wrong, and if so, I will man up and give Manny his props if he wins but I'm going with Hatton.

i actually picked pac to win that fight, but my basis for it was because i thought de la hoya wa shot...was my main reason....but your right...and now the "experts" who picked de la hoya are now saying pac will beat hatton

Hatton - Pac will be a competetive fight in my opinion.Mark my words if Pacquiao is gonna lose its gonna be a bodyshot.I still favor Pac though with nervous caution that is.

I never said Hatton holds but I have read forums that says he has. I know Floyd Sr. is going to emphasize that jab of Hattons but I dont see this fight being squared up and toe to toe. Pac will hit and move making sure to get out of the way. Hatton will come forward but Pac will step to the side or fire something to keep him off.

Do you have the Kotsya fight? Kotsya stood face to face with Hatton allowing Hatton to come forward and maul him up. Pac isnt that type of fighter. Pac will stick and move, slide and dip, get out of the way.

Again Paulie is NO Pacquiao and Hatton is NO Marquez, I wish people would stop using that as an example. Marquez was successful in that he waited for Pac to fire and had the 1, 2, and your 45 (what Nacho said during the DLH fight). Marquez waits for Pac to throw and then he counters while Pac was off balance. Hatton NO WHERE near that type of fighter Marquez is and I think anyone on this forum can vowge that.
