Pacqi better put a Filipino sock in it. He ain't comin' back.

Unless Floyd's using Jedi mind tricks on Manny, the chances of Floyd returning are slim and none, and slim just stepped off a cliff.

I bet Manny woke up in a sweat after a nightmarish head-to-corner ring post flash back dream, and decided to announce Floyd's comeback.

The only way I'll believe it is if Floyd announces his comeback holding up today's paper in front of a camera.

He's just gassing up everybody's head.

Lol i thought the thread was going to say Pacquiao: "Mayweather's camp!"

Calling pbf camp is not a good idea.

JMM is nobody's tune-up. If Floyd takes him lightly he could be in for a shock. They'd have to meet at a catchweight, there's no way JMM can fight at welterweight. Maybe at 144 or 143 max.

It's just the Mayweather PR machine at work.

He's using Pavlov's dog technique to get everyone salivating at the thought of his return.

that's the only reason he's fighting him anyway. pbf is anxious to fight somebody who's his own size or any top fighter in the WW division.

Sorry, what makes you so sure of this? You sound so convinced your right, the arrogance amazes me. Your going to be embarrassed when he makes his return.
Floyd is coming back, people. Its true, believe it. He is training, he is SPARRING, he is looking to fight JMM.

I'll believe it when he makes his own announcement. Not through third party mouthpieces.

Impossible. He will/would never be considered the greatest P4P of this, or any era, because he absolutely refused to take on the best from the WW division. Margacheato, Cotto, Mosley, Williams (before he moved up)... he never wanted any of them. Only over-the-hillers like De La Hoya, or smaller guys coming up.

He cherry picked his undefeated record.

This is the 2nd dumbest post of all time.

Punctuation please! Does anybody need more proof of today's education system failing us?

Floyd can bring the SPORT full circle... He can make a mega-fight with anyone he fights from the 135 wgt class to probably 147 ... Pac, Cotto in the garden, Hatton in wimbley, Mosley, Clottey, Berto, JMM, Ortiz... Paul williams looks like he is trying to fight middleweight and doesn't look like he wants to be a WW anymore.
Micheal Jordan was exciting. Floyd Mayweather wasn't exciting. When he had chances to take on exciting opponents like Margarito, Cotto, Mosley, or Williams, he went for De La Hoya, and Hatton. Boxing doesn't need him. He is not the Tiger Woods/Roger Federer/Micheal Jordan of this sport, because he doesn't fight the best, and he's hardly exciting.

Only by technicality. He got from a garbage champ. He never faced the best from the division, and he never will. That's why he is/was never the best.

Bingo. Bingo. Bingo. He will fight JMM, Pac, or Hatton 2 because they are smaller than he is. They will be slower and sluggish adding the weight to fight him. Hatton might stand a chance if he gets a ref that allows him to touch Mayweather. The other guys will have quick hands that May can match; but without any defense of their own, he will pick them apart at 147.
