If Floyd Mayweather Jr comes back and beats Juan Manuel Marquez, Manny Pacquiao and then the winner of Clottey/Cotto/Mosley winner, Then there will be no doubt that he is the greatest P4P boxer of all time. If he comes back and beat JMM and Manny Pacquiao, Then retires again, Then he'll just retire as the greatest P4P boxer in the last 20 years. Pick your poison.

Impossible. He will/would never be considered the greatest P4P of this, or any era, because he absolutely refused to take on the best from the WW division. Hatton might stand a chance if he gets a ref that allows him to touch Mayweather. The other guys will have quick hands that May can match; but without any defense of their own, he will pick them apart at 147.
