They say the hand wrapping are more like a back yard bar b q then an event that should be taken sirously. The guys who are supposed to observe the wrapping are not "big time" made rich guys. Alot of times they are star struck and talking it up with the fighter and his camp. Trusting all is well and easily distracted instead of actually doin their job.
