    i have to say that there was a true lack of skill in this fight..... watching ww, u see more skillful approaches... in this fight, they were clubbing each other like two over-grown monkeys.... Thats the main reason i love mike tyson... he had true skills....JAT

      I haven't watched this fight since it happened. But let me guess, it was Lampley (with a blood vessel popping in his neck) who said: "Look at the state of his face!" Right?

        Jim Lampley was in Blades of Glory with Will Ferrel commentating on Ice-Dancing, I can't respect him now, even if it twas a film.

            hell no.... thats what lennox lewis said repeatedly n the post fight interview.... Saying things like " he lucky the ref stopped the fight, i would've knocked him out.. look at the state of his face!"

              jim lampley is boxing.... i literally cannnot watrch a fight he isnt commentating on

                It was the wierdest (if thats even a word) post fight interview I've ever seen from the winner of a fight. Lewis looked like he hadnt a clue what was going on

                    I think he did alright. At least he gave Vitali some credit for being the no.1 contender. Give Lennox some latitude. He was exhausted.

                      Oh, OK. It sounded to me like something Lampley would say in the heat of the moment.

                      But I can totally imagine Lennox saying it, British accent and all.
