I don't get this he would have won talk HOW THE HELL DO YOU KNOW? klitschko was only up two points on all three score cards and there was still six rounds left.Lewis had taken control by the 5th and when he did he usually didn't let go of that control
besides that stop was legitimate and lewis was getting on.was in the worst shape he had even been and still won
so how would have lennox lewis have fared against the current crop of great heavyweights? hmmmm I wonderComment

The fight was started to turn in Lewis' favor when it was stopped, which I think aided the doctor and the referee in their decision to end it. Lewis had his best round of the fight in the last round, punctuated by the big uppercut that knocked Klitschko's head back. I think if the fight continued Lewis would have won by knockout in the next few rounds.Comment

Lewis won the fight fair and square under the rules. It's possible he might have lost a rematch, but that's cuz by that time Lewis would have been 38 and Klitschko would have been only 32. Lewis was getting out of shape and declining.
So to sum up,
38-year-old Lewis beats 32-year-old Klitschko in a competitive fight.
32-year-old Lewis destroys 32-year-old Klitschko.
38-year-old Lewis destroys 38-year-old Klitschko.Comment

It's simply obvious that Lewis was a more talented, more intelligent, and more physically gifted fighter than Klitschko. He moved so much more fluidly than Klitschko ever did. Heavyweights always have a puncher's chance but that doesn't change the fact that Lewis wins that matchup 8 or 9 times out of 10.Comment
