yup. he was in his teens and in his first 11 or so fights during the first loss.

the second loss was his last fight at 112.

he couldn't make weight after several tries and lost his belt at the scales at the weigh in for this fight.

And yet his die-hard fans will continue on about where he started his career at. If they can use that, it is OK to use the KO losses with no excuses.

For me, I'll only bring it up to make a point.
I'll look at his entire career but in my opinion, he is physically matured now and the best he has ever been.

it only looks like it on the youtube video.

the youtube highlight is what most people have seen so they think it was a body shot.

he got caught right on the chin by torrecampo.
It's irritating when people say "he was destroyed by body shots twice!" and then think this is how Hatton will KO him. As you pointed out, only once has he been KO'd by body shot and it was a whole friggin' decade ago when he was weight drained. The other KO was 13 years ago.

Some fighters are never the same after being knocked out, but I think these losses early on in his career helped Pacquiao, as did the close fights with JMM. He learns from his mistakes and becomes a better fighter for it. Obviously, nowadays he is much more complete than he was back then. He has improved over the last few years; his right hand, footwork, balance, pretty much everything. If he fought Singsurat and Torrecampo now it'd be a mismatch.

Pacman had to starve to make weight back then so its not surprising he got got KO'd a couple times. Everytime pacquiao has moved up in weight people have said he's too small but its obvious from pac's body frame that his best weight is probably around 135-140 and can add more to fight at welterweight. not against top welterweights because his power doesnt quite translate at that weight but against other lower level WW's he matches up well because he maintains his speed. i think he could give Cotto some trouble before losing late though.

Nah, the first was cleary a low blow. The second he lost the title before the fight, couldn`t make the weight in spite of not eating for one week. Naturally his stomach was weak that time. After that was a different story.

PacMan works his body out like no other human other than Bruce Lee did. with two body shots taking him out early on in his career, Its going to be hard to break his body down again. Hatton will have his hands full, especially when he likes to **** the body.22

When you don`t eat a for week you naturally get ulcers, heartburn, and muscles become weak, specially stomach muscles.
