As a Brit I would love to see this fight. Cant see it happening tho. Couldnt see Carl losing either, tho ive said that before about a fair few of Joe's opponents so what do I know.

If I were Carl i'd keep calling him out, I mean, why not. Man it would be a good fight !

If he beats Taylor i'll give him his ***s . That is Froch's big test and will tell if he would be able to cut it with Calzaghe but I seriously doubt it . I think Calzaghe would win a fairly comfortable decision . He shouldn't even be worrying about Calzaghe there's other big fights out there for him . Check out the ring rankings , Kessler , Bute , Andrade , Mundine , Taylor then Froch . 6 in the ring rankings man . They always say the wbc is the best belt but don't forget ring belt champ is usually the best in the division , Kessler is no.1 go after him

I think calzaghe beats froch by decision, aka the same old tactics of throwing a zillion and one shot with no power which dont always land.

But froch has a slight chance with the right hand, calzaghe got put down in round 1 of his last 2 fights wouldn't surprise me if froch hurt him during the fight.

trash talk is good, as long as your willing to fight the guy your are chirping at, calzaghe chirped pavlik and others but never got in the ring with them, so good on froch, taylor is one of my favorite boxers but it would probably be better for the sport if froch wins, if there is any truth to what he has said.

I wish Calzaghe had given this clown Froch a boxing lesson. With any luck Taylor will bring his A-game and do the job for him.

The dude actually upsets me, between this and the farce surrounding UK coverage of his fight, I think Froch is taking the piss out of boxing fans. He needs a Public Relations supremo to take the reigns because he is awful for boxing.

If he loses to Taylor: he's done.

No TV companies will want anything to do with him and he has taking for granted all those people in Nottingham who actually geniunely support him.

It really depends on how he loses. If it's a tight fight, he could still be an international superstar. Froch has all the tools to become famous. He's got classic British looks, great workrate, good power and a big ol' American James Toneyesque mouth. What's not to like? So far he has backed it all up. I for one am impressed. The Pascal fight made me a believer. I know Pascal was a lil' green but he is a talented fighter with allot of weapons.

On a side note, he better hope Calzaghe just blows this off because he would get murdered in that fight. Style is way wrong for Carl. Joe would 'walk' right through his uppercut and bombard him with winging shots that he could do little about. It would probably almost be a repeat of Lacy-Calzaghe.
