It can NOT be easy for him to make 147.

I don't give a **** if he damn near killed himself to make 147. If you're too big for 147, move up. Don't stay there, and then make excuses when you get torn the **** up. And for damn sure don't try and level the playing field by loading your wraps with plaster.

            John,

Do you think Oscar was weight-drained for Pac?

Being weight drained is never an excuse, no one makes him or anyone fight at a specific weight, if your naturally too big move up......and also I agree with everyone else that he should stop using construction material in fights.

Antonio Margarito just recently admitted that 5 year old Pretty Boy bambam has better skills than him.
They interviewed bambam after that and he said: Yeah and I'm also faster than him.

                  Q,

Did Oscar make excuses, and attempt to load up with Plaster of Paris?

If anything else was a factor, it was probably the psychological impact of being caught so close to the fight. There's no way that could not have affected him.
I was thinking the same thing, Im surprised I never saw anyone raised this issue before.

Well Oscar disappeared for three months and then came back trying to explain. In the interim, his entire 'team' was saying the weight was prolly the cause.

We all know that Tony was trying to cheat. Fully acknowledged. The link between the plaster (his fists) and his energy and chin seems questionable. Unless you are a proponent of the lack of confidence due to knowing you don't have your "secret" weapon theory. Yes, I agree that he should not have been using sheetrock in his Reyes.

Still, I would like you to answer my question. Do you think that Oscar was weight-drained for the Pacquiao fight?
