For a boxer who walks in straight lines and is constantly hit by his opponents, to only have been KO'd once his whole career against a bigger guy shows that he's got a pretty good chin. He may have been rocked slightly against Lazcano, but he didn't go down did he? What fighter hasn't been rocked by a punch in there career?

First of all, Floyd is not "a bigger guy" than hatton. Floyd turned pro at 130 and fought 90% (true story) of his career below Hatton.

Ricky is routinely 11 stone (154 lbs) in the ring. Floyd NEVER weighs that much.
Floyd is an inch or two taller than ricky. But boxing has WEIGHT clases. Not HEIGHT classes.
