I agree with you completely! No one should be allowed to cheat! but no one has proven that he cheated in the cotto fight! Cotto is just trying to salvage a loss. How would it sound if DLH said he wanted the loss overturned to SSM for steriods??

I'm a HUGE Cotto fan..and at first I did say he should get that overturned..but now it doesn't matter..I say keep that 1L..You're absolutely right..unless Margarito admits to ****..there will possibly never be proof..so I decided to let it go..

Now Cotto isn't trying to salvage ****..you don't know how he felt..he claims he's never felt that beat up..do you have this PROOF that he didn't?..what does he gain from salvaging this loss?..he's in talks with a Pacquiao, Hatton, and a rematch with Mosley..he's back on track..Cotto is a fair and Classy dude..and believes in all FAIRNESS..and is entitled to his opinion..

I agree that it's important, but it'd be one thing if people were talking sense. If these threads were filled with knowledgeable posts with people actually making good points.

Most of them just turn into petty ass fights and nothing gets resolved so it's like what's the point? Fair enough...You're right there is no solid evidence on that fight, but one could just imagine...Why would he just try to do with Shane instead of doing it for the Cotto fight (which was Margorito's biggest fight up to date)

and Miguel Cotto GAVE Margarito a chance because at that time he was complaining no one would fight him blah blah.

When you have someone with an "granite-chin" (well not anymore) and you add loaded-gloves into the mix. It just spells disaster.

Im not sure what kind of defense/gameplan you could have against that. Especially against someone who throws over a 100 punches a round.You cant be evasive and move around all night cuz your gonna have to engage at some point. And all that moving will wear you out. Not to mention being hit with loaded gloves like that will wear you down even quicker.

You're a moron, the dude had plaster in his hands and that gives you more weight in your hands meaning you can punch right through peoples defense. Plus theres talented strong boxers like Povetkin who have punched right through peoples defenses like he did to eddie chambers and other opponents povetkin has fought. Defense gets you only so far when the guy standing infront of you is a bad ass and will hit you so damn hard that he gets right through that defense.
