Cotto is damn right, the best Welterweight in the world hands down. I think right now Miguel shouldn't care anymore about Margarito and take care of the lions: Clottey, Mosley and maybe the winner of Hatton vs Pacman.

However, from what i heard(Freddie Roach and Mosley) Margarito had no resposablilty on the handwraps and cried to Freddie Roach, saying it wasn't him. His trainer should be banned like Panama Lewis.
Now i would like to see Margarito fighting again, to see if he's more than a Carlos Baldomir with size and loaded gloves. Maybe a guy like Judah would be a good fight for him.

I'm sorry, but I think Margarito's victory over Cotto was valid and should still stand. I don't care if Margarito had plaster of Paris AND brass knuckles, if the Commission did a thorough check and approves or signs off on the wraps, they are legal and ready to go. I would hope the California inspectors punishment exceeds that of Capetillo and Margarito combined. Due to their incompetence, a future Hall of Famer (Mosley) could have been irreparably damaged and/or killed.

Cotto wanted the rematch, there would have been a rematch had Margarito not tried to cheat against SSM. I'm sure Cotto would love to avenge his lose but I think he is disgusted and doesn't want to give Margarito a paycheck
