When's the last time 2 African American champs fought each other?

I've been looking forward to the Bradley-Holt unification bout for a while. An added bonus is Librado Andrade taking on Vitali Tsypko on the undercard. The main event features 2 great boxers and is hard to call, though I give the edge to Bradley. I can't remember the last time to African American champs fought each other though. Why is that? Has it not happened in a while?

Vitali Tsypko is no joke, I actually think he is offensively better then Andrade and way more accurate puncher. But he doesn't have any real power to his punches and only can beat Andrade by decision and probably won't even be able to hurt Andrade at all... I'm picking the upset in that one or is it considered an upset? I got vitali winning.

I'll take bets with anyone on here about that fight. This fight is important for both fighters.
