Shane Mosley right now. Miguel Cotto was #1, but he lost to Margarito, who lost to Shane, so by default, it's Shane. However, I'm not sure who should be #1 in terms of skill, Shane or Cotto. I think a rematch would be close again, and with ****im in his corner, I have a feeling Mosley could pull it off. However, would pick Cotto to win.

So, it's Shane by default. But skill wise I think Cotto.

I know Mosley is ranked #1, but I personally have Cotto a head of him. Some may think Clottey is the best. There's been much debate in boxing with the whole Margarito scandal, and some don't consider Williams a WW. So who do you consider to be the best WW in the world? I'm gonna say Cotto.

Sorry,.....Mosley did not beat the man who beat the man. He lost to "the man." Cotto is the man and Cotto never was beat! It's official since it was proven that Marg used the plaster.
