Who is the better fighter Cotto or Margarito?

I had a discussion with chicano79, and he swear that Magarito is a better fighter because he beated Cotto. And i told him skills wise and accomplishments wise Cotto is far better than margarito, but he said, because Magarito have that W over that means that Margarito is the best fighter, even tho Cotto have done better overall.

What You guys think?

For all we know Margarito probably used plaster in all his fights. All his accomplishments are ruined by what he attempted to do in the Mosley fight. Cottos way better, and I do think Margarito has been cheating for quite some time. I don't think it was just against Mosley. And we have the right to think that way since Margarito is a dirty bum
