Hmmmm... So did Cotto get "Plastered"???

He tooks his wraps off while in the ring in both the Clottey and Williams fights. After the Williams loss he never took his wraps off again, while it's not conclusive proof it's enough to make you doubt he used it in those fights.Comment

Not really. Going by logic, which is really all we have, the chances of him doing it against Cotto are higher than against Williams or Clottey.
vs. Cotto he was an underdog, it was far and away the biggest fight of his life, and it was the fight right before the Mosley fight.
That's not to say he didn't do it against Clottey or Williams, but probability wise, it's more likely that he did it against Cotto than the other two.
I personally think he probably started it after the Williams fight. He suffered a loss, and his career was hanging on by a thread. That's where the desperation set in. But that's obviously nothing but speculation.Comment

LMAO..no one is dis*****g who's the better fighter..Its Cotto hands down, but Margorito was the better fighter that night! FACT!Comment

At least you are man enough to admit it many other ******s here are still living in denial.I'm leaning toward the possibility that he did this for the Cotto fight. It just seems (to me) that there are too many possible indicators.- All of a sudden, midway through the fight, Cotto's face started to swell up badly.
- Tony's shots were slow and looping, yet they appeared to be crushing Cotto's facial structure.
- While he still seemed able to continue, Cotto bowed out of the fight, probably from the pain to his face.
- The heated Mexican vs Puerto Rican rivalry. Tony was no way in hell about to lose that fight. If he attempted to cheat for the Mosley fight, he probably had done it against Cotto.
