Margarito is a cheater, but we will never know he cheated with Cotto. Cotto is a more talented boxer but I don't know about better yet.

Has no weight to what exactly? This is an opinion thread. Opinions formed on logic on common sense would largely favor that Margarito loaded his gloves before.

The post is not about "Could it be proven in a court of law that Margarito cheated against Cotto".

I don't need a guilty verdict to tell me that OJ committed murder. I don't need a positive test to tell me that Mark Maguire or Sammy Sosa took steroids. I don't need a metal analysis to prove that a guy selling gold chains and rolex's in the corner of Fordham Road has fake merchandise.

I can't prove any of these things but Logic is overwhelmingly on one side of all these things.

In the 11th round of the fight, you'll notice Cotto just went down on his own. Yes he appeared tired, but not truly exhausted and he wasn't on "***** street". I'm thinking he opted to take a knee becuase his fuckin' face probably hurt. The pain had to be excruciating, especially if he was continually getting cracked by hardened gloves.

Cotto has face better overall Comp. There WW resume is about the same, but Margos have the edge. But after fighting Clottey they will be about the same. Cotto is a 3 time World champion in 2 divisions, something Margo failed to do.

No they ain't the same. Did he face PWs?? Cintron(who was top 10 at the time)?? Clottey(who he hasn't fought yet)?? Cotto has fought good opponents, don't get me wrong, but I just don't think he's better YET. This is in no way in defense of Margs, this is coming from a non bias point of view.

Something Cotto has failed to do also is win a belt from a champion. All he has been doing is fighting for vacant belts, sucks but its true. Hopefully one day he can do that.
