That's a ridiculously exaggerated caricature and quite offensive to Mexico. The fact is that if the Mexican people don't like what he did, they should show it by refusing to pay to watch him.

The subtance that fell out of Margarito's wraps had dried in blood on it so clearly he used them before (clearly the Cotto fight). I'm not making excuses for Cotto but anyone who think Margarito didn't use loaded wraps in their fight is crazy

I agree. It's obvious that Margo used that crap before. Not only the dried blood, but he messed up some guy while sparring and he ripped another guy's ear off. Just look at Cotto's face after the fight and the confidence that he brought into the ring that wasn't there for the Mosley fight because it was gone with the plaster. I hope this cheater gets banned for life so when he's back in Tijuana with no $$$ he can think about how he fuc.ked up. I'm still surprised that some ignorant people still support him and try to make excuses for him, it's sad. Also surprised that some people talk bad about mexican boxing/boxers when it was Margarito that cheated not all of the great mexican champions that we have had or have now.

In the time since I last participated on this site 3 things happened. First, calling out GOLDENGLOVES 2: I got tarred and feathered for believing in Mosley back in December and for calling out Margarito for his "diva" method of negotiating (disappearing, calling off the fight, wanting more money, wanting a larger perecentage of the share), and I got hung at the cross b/c I was a "Margarito" hater for being crtical of his actions. Welll here it is:

1.) Malignaggi got knocked out by Hatton. GG2 had Paulie on his profile pic.

2.) Mosley knocked out Marg in 9 rounds.

3.) Margarito is criminal and most likely will never fight again in a professional boxing ring.

Sincerely I couldn't give two ****s about your dumb opinion. And like I said before you can't make valid argument about Cotto having the wrong gameplan or all the other variables you posted when it's more than likely he was getting hit with concrete filled gloves.

That many people and strong Cotto supporters believe Margarito cheated in the Cotto fight and it is a VERY strong possibilty
that he did but you guys are over looking the fact that Evangelista Cotto (Hope I spell it right) said that he checked Antonio Margarito's hand wraps and didn't see or find anything su****ious with the wrapping.

So in all actuality if he did indeed cheat then Cotto's uncle is responsible for not doing his job as much as Margarito cheated and if Cotto's uncle did indeed do a thorough job of checking the wraps then that just means that Antonio Margarito beat Miguel Cotto. That's about as real as it gets right there in my opinion.
