Don't you think that a broken nose in the 2nd round, minimizing your breathing capability, which will eventually weaking you, will have a toe on your punching power, general strength and mobility to avoid punches, would have something to do with the results on the later rounds, and specially if that broken nose was probably caused by a plaster which kept on punishing you thru out the fight.

Absolutely. I dunno if you were agreeing or disagreeing with my scorecard, but that's how I saw it the 2nd time knowing the outcome. With Cotto going backwards with increasing haste after the halfway point, I had to start scoring for Margs because of the (plaster?) bombs he was landing with sickening regularity. That's just how it was in there.

To me it definitely looks like Cotto got hurt seriously in round 2, and he didn't seem normal after that despite taking some more rounds through landing better. **** man, I think he was already a bloody mess in that 2nd round! I can't recall any fight in which an elite fighter has looked that bad so soon in a match due to punches alone (barring Khan-MAB, which we all know was a clash of heads).
