            Kid Gavilan did it in the early 50's.

            Ali's was the best though, no question about it.

            Robinson seemed to do a bit more showboating in the few films that we have of him in his prime but he was usually all business in the ring.

                      Of course it's not like Ali's. I'm also not against discrediting Gavilan for its use since he claimed to have invented the "Bolo punch" (5:10 in the video) when in fact he did not.

                      Gavilan's opponent Bratton can also be seen using the Jake LaMotta trick "look away while I punch you in the face" at 5:15.
