They have headguards but no body padding in sparring. Pacquiao was allowing himself to get hit in the body because he needs to get accustomed to it. Think about that. He allowed himself to get hit with Antillon's hardest shots and nothing happened. So much for Mayan Sun's theory that Antillon would murder Pacquiao.

I agree with some people here. I hope he was letting Antillon land body punches at will, otherwise Hatton's gonna kill him. It sounded to me like he was getting beat up for most of the fight, which isn't good at all because Hatton will be on him all night long.

That was like 5 years ago, Antillon has improved by leaps and bounds while Valero remain stagnant. There was an article out here that says Antillon wants the winner of the Valero/Pitalua fight, and I hope Valero wins. If this match-up (Antillon-Valero) happens in the future, somebody will get exposed...
