Why are the Klitscho's never mandatory for each others belts?

If u hold one alphabet title then u are never a mandatory for another surely?

You never even get on the list if you hold another belt. In any event, you are only required to fight a mandatory should they wish to fight you, so in the case of the Klitschko's the problem wouldn't arise.

Of course. The sanctioning bodies don't WANT them unified. If that happened in too many divisions it would become embarrassingly obvious that only one organization is needed and not four or more.

Well, as far as I know unifications are possible with everything but WBA, they dont want unificatons with anyone at all.

There is no system. There are a bunch of weak groups fighting for supremacy. Ignore the alphabet titles. It is the only sane thing to do. Trace lineages instead the best you can.
