Pac wasn't even loading up on those punches against DLH because the game plan called for speed... He started loading up in the last two rounds prior to DLh quitting and he woulda put him on his back sooner or later.. I didn't think his punches looked like they were hurting DLH early on. He was doubling on his left like a jab and not punching through like he used to. I've seen DLH get snapped back harder than Manny did but Manny was not punching for power. He was hurting DLH for sure though with those punches regardless.

That's what I was worried about from the opening bell Pac was hitting Hoya but I thought it wasn't really affecting him, it was though and your right.. But at the end you can see what damage was done and he was really only getting started before DLH quit. I thought DLH was getting knocked out in the next round cuz Pac was going to come out and eat him alive.

Just look at how cut up Pacman is, he looks like Bruce Lee and Bruce Lee was probably a pretty powerful guy. I agree that because he punches so fast that some punches hit the other guy and he did not even see them coming, so the effects look like a super punch or whatever.

I have seen videos of him sparring and just throwing punches as fast as he can and let me tell you...you can't even see his hands or arms really, just his shoulders moving- he is that fast. Marquez got dropped by 3 distinct punches for 3 distinct knockdowns, not an accumulation of punches (all in the 1st rd.),
so I would say he could drop a lot more people than he is getting credit for. Oscar looked like he wanted to take a knee several times in rd's 8 and 9, only pride kept him up.

Hatton had better be in the best shape of his life, because I see Hatton thinking that Manny can't really hurt him (too small of a guy) and this will get him hurt in there. It is hard to tell until they both get in the same ring, but I think Manny will be much, much faster than Hatton and he will be eating punches all night.

de la hoya's no slouch, he is know for being able to take punches. the guy is sturdy, i would rank him close to margarito when it comes to sturdiness. this is the reason why he didn't go down in 8

if the fight had gone for another round or two, i'm pretty sure he would get ktfo thou. you can see he was starting to lose his legs at 7 and pacquiao was stepping up his tempo after that
