WTF? Their first fight was a classic, and it was scored a draw. If a rematch wasn't needed to clear things up in that instance I don't know when one ever was.

Actually that is what I meant worded it wrong I guess. Between Pac/JMM 3 fights @135 D.Diaz, Casamayor, J.Diaz. someone should have targeted three belt holder in division.

Except JMM offered Campbell a fight for November, but they turned it down (which I can see why because they wanted to fight sooner). Then Campbell signed to fight Guzman, so that was taken up.

Please note that Diaz-Pacquiao was signed in like March or April and Pacquiao wanted to fight in June, so Campbell wouldn't have been ready by then I don't think.

Then Campbell fought Funeka and Marquez fought Diaz because Campbell got his mandatory out of the way.

But I think JMM should fight Campbell in July and then go back down to 135 to fight someone like Valero since Pacquiao will probably end up fighting Mayweather or Cotto. JMM definitely shouldn't vacate. Just move up to 140 for one fight and come back down.

JMM and his camp made it publicly known that they wanted Nate after Diaz.

But that didn't happen and who was at fault?

Truth is,

1. JMM offered Nate a fight, Nate refused because he wanted to fight sooner.
2. JMM offered Nate a fight after Diaz, Nate was unprofessional and came in overweight losing all his titles.

I think Pacman-Campbell could have happened in JUne, 3 months time from his win over baby bull. and i know JMM wanted to fight Nate but Golden Boy made him take less meaningful fights. from what i understand diaz-marquez was signed and agreed b4 campbell-funeka.
