"Can" and "will" are different things. Some of you can't seem to get beyond that. Of course Froch CAN KO Taylor, the reality of it though is that he's got to catch him flush with a big shot to do it, probably repeatedly so, without getting tagged himself.

Also, don't forget 160 Pavlik got off the canvas to stop a weight-drained 160 Taylor who was completely gassed.

I have watched the Pascal fight - twice, at least - and also many other Froch fights (they're all on his website, I suggest you go check some out yourself).

The fact is Pascal hit him with windmilling arm punches that carried little power because Pascal's mechanics were so poor. Froch even said recently the hardest he'd been hit was by Henry Porras.

We'll find out more about Carl's chin against Taylor but even if it is made of "granite & steel" and all this other mythological nuthugging bull****, it won't matter. Taylor doesn't need to KO him to win, he just needs to use his superior boxing ability and he'll be far ahead on points at the end.

Nonsense.. Froch Has proven that he found a way to win every pro fight he has ever been in.. Most by way of KO...

This fight could be the end of that streak.. but to say the man proven nothing is absurd..

You have to have more than just power to stop Taylor though. Froch would have to apply a lot of pressure while keeping a high work rate like Pavlik.

Froch is very good at applying a lot of pressure. His power is over-rated, IMO, but his skills as a pressure fighter are very under-rated by most.

I have seen Froch fight and he has a different style compared to Pavlik.
