i think hatton will force pac into a brawl, just my opinion...but i am a reasonable guy, i dont think ricky can win if its just a boxing match....he has to make pac fight...usually pac likes to fight..so roach will have to keep him on a leash...i think hatton just causes headaches for that corner the night of the fight.

Actually most people don't agree with that - you're paranoid.

Dave, I agree with him somewhat. I do think Hatton is a bit one-dimensional, he rushes his opponent and tries to bash them into submission or hugs them to death, then hits them when breaking free of the clinch. It lacks finesse and variety. The Mayweather fight sums him up.

how ever the fight will be a good one pac01man will have his hands full as Ricky will... If Hatton destroys Pac then it will better for Mayweather rematch where he will lose again... JMM Hatton could be fun too

I think it's unfair to judge him on that fight. He knows and has said frequently that his tactics were all wrong in that fight, and he had got in a rut of neglecting his skills under Graham, hence the change of trainer to Floyd Snr. He used to jab a lot more at one time, showed a lot more angles, and a lot more head movement; and against Malignaggi he did all those things a lot more than against Mayweather. Furthermore, he is superb at cutting off the ring - the foot movement he uses in order to achieve that is really excellent. Even Mayweather couldn't fight him from the outside nearly as much as he wanted to. That's an impressive skill.

I think "destroy" won't apply to paquiao getting beating...I think Hatton has a very good chance of beating him but I don't think it will be a total beat down...
