No he wasn't, Ironfist. He was knocked OUT and saved by Angelo Dundee's illegal alteration of his glove. Sir Henry Cooper WON that first fight by a knockout! Why haven't the record books been corrected?

The US tv networks are also complicit in this crime. When they show a replay of Cooper-Clay 1 they splice the rounds together and don't mention one word about the crooked glove business in order to fool people into thinking the fight was legit. In fact they seem to have destroyed all the original uncut tapes so no one can determine exactly how much extra time Clay got between those rounds. I believe it was over four minutes.

This was just one of many of Clay-Ali's crooked so-called wins.
