Just watched DLH vs Floyd Jr and PAC against DLH

Floyd basically beat oscar without ever kicking it into second gear, floyd was comfortable where he was and basically stayed there, its no different than what hopkins/toney type fighters do, he doesnt really care about crowd pleasing and the like.

This had a lot to do with it. PBF could have really schooled DLH but thats not his style to go all out. Hatton really caused his own knockout in that he pressed PBF and forced him to fight that all out fight and PBF had to throw more and stop him. Pac does go all out almost every fight and so yeah he did throw more combos than PBF against DLH and did try harder.

Though also it cant be completely overlooked that DLH looked like a concentration camp survivor at 147 for the pac fight and that didnt help.

This is old news. PBF was supposed to win and won a UD, not a SD, but he did so carefully cuz that's the way he fights. Don't mean he shouldn't get props, it just wasn't as strong a performance as cats woulda liked. Pac butchered the man when DLH was supposed to murder him.

if you watch the fight you hear roger tellin floyd to don't worry about it that oscar will get tired as the fight goes on, couple rounds after that roger tells floyd to be a little more active because the judges might give oscar some rounds because of work rate and the floyd says to roger,what you talkin about i'm winning, so it's obvious floyd thought he was clearly winning and if he wanted to could of beat oscar worst than he did
