While hes shot, he still has a bit of pop left. In fact he actually scored knockdowns in his last three fights( with Hanshaw close to being stopped). Personally i think that the Dawson fight would be a mismatch at this stage and Jones wouldn't last mid rounds, but Roy can punch.

The think is... as far as physical ability... if you gave him the mental of a younger fighter.. physically he could KO a lot of pepole... its the mental more than anything that Ive seen from him... the speed iss till there, the accuracy... its the mental to throw...
