Hatton is without question the biggest draw in the UK. We love him over here (well, most of us do)

You have to remember, Vegas fights are on at around 3/4am here in England, and for example, with the Mayweather fight it was estimated 1 in 35 people in the Entire country watched that fight, plus 35K flew ofer to Vegas. As a draw, he is massive - tho not so much in the States, but then he's not American so it makes sense.

But if you ask me, Ricky Hatton is box office number one in boxing. No question.

It's going to be a while before anyone comes close to DLH drawing power.
The one with the most potential is Victor Ortiz. If he continues to win and Manages to win a title at JWW and WW. I can see big Mega fights at WW for him in the future.

Hatton sells huge ppv numbers in the UK, but we will see against Pac what those 2 fighters can bring in the US.

Amir Khan believe it or not is hugely popular in the UK, I believe he could be one to transcend boxing but his chin is such a question mark it makes it very unlikely.

Fighters always come out who become huge stars, right now it's a transition period in the sport, we will have to wait a few years to see what happens.
Thats why he only had three his whole career....Yeah ok

              Gatti vs Mayweather -365,000 buys

Judah vs Mayweather - 374,000 buys

Baldomir vs Mayweather - 325,000 buys

Delahoya vs Mayweather - 2.4 million buys

Hatton vs Mayweather - 850,000 us buys - 1.4 million uk buys

Floyd Mayweather's shutout victory against Carlos Baldomir to win the world welterweight championship last Saturday night in Las Vegas generated 325,000 pay-per-view buys, HBO announced Friday.

Those numbers look bad to you?

Even DLH has had some weak ppv numbers

DLH vs Rivera - 220,000 buys

DLH vs Hernandez - 220,000 buys

DLH vs Campas - 350,000 buys

DLH vs Felix Sturm - 380,000 buys

              If Mayweather fights

              Cotto
              Mosley
              pacquiao

You better believe they will be in the 800k-2 million range depending on who he fights.
