I've been hit with that punch while sparring and it feels like someone just stuck a knife in you. If that punch lands right, its my opinion there isn't a punch thats more painfull.

Morales/Zaragoza - The straight right hand to the solar plexus that rolled Zaragoza up.

Cotto/Martinez - Left hook shifted Rockys rib cage over.

Gatti/Dorin - That shot could have stopped a train in its tracks.

Cotto/Quintana - There was a photo of the aftermath somewhere...it was brutal.

Toney/Jirov - The body shot James landed at the very end of the 12th round in that volley of punches he threw. You could see its physical effects on Jirov perfectly.

Penalosa/Gonzalez - Gotta love the come-from-behind body shot knockout. It was a perfect shot.

Gatti would have had a rough night had he not landed that shot.

anyways, this one isnt nearly as brutal as the first one I posted, but Julio Cesar Chavez flinging John Duplessis out of the ring with a body shot probebly didnt feel good.

McCallum's body shot against Randall Yonker looked pretty painful, based on Yonker's facial expression.

I always wonder why people say Tyson didn't how power going down the stretch...those punches looked pretty strong to me.

Though you can't see it very well at first (3:43), the replays show the full extent of that heavyweight body shot from Dimitrenko. :shk1:

                  I like this guy!!!

Sanchez went down like he was shot and you knew he wasn't getting up by the expression on his face.
I just can't believe that that's the same Micky Ward that went to war against Gatti. It's astonishing.

As soon as I read the thread title Miguel Cotto vs Rocky Martinez came to mind. That shot was vicious and Martinez' facial expression said it all.
