We know Williams is more overhyped, but who got more potential

Ottke didn't KO Tate. I already told you once.
Very true. That's why 'Nard was crawling about on all fours, obviously.
Before the fight Jones, in his prime a devastating destroyer of such formidable men as Bernard Hopkins and James Toney, had spoken disparagingly of the "pitty-pat" punches of Calzaghe but amid the wreckage of what was left of his reputation he admitted, "Those pitty-pats hurt."

He stopped Tate in 99 in the 11th..in 02 he whipped him to a UD.
Anyway....Tate was SHOT TO HELL..!!!!Comment

No, the 11th round "technical decision" was shady, if I remember correctly? The previous fight was considered by many to be a robbery, going on what I've been told.
Regardless, Tate was a level up from his replacement, Pudwill, who Ottke went 12 rounds with. Joe blew him away in 2 rounds. If Joe had struggled with Pudwill, you might have a point, but as it stands, you kinda don't.

Well, I don't consider the Jones win to be particularly meaningful, it's just a name on a resume, which is exactly what Joe admitted to wanting. However, I will take Jones' word for it when he says Joe's "slaps" hurt. His word carries just a little more weight than the biased posters here. It's funny how you don't hear Joe's opponents saying he slaps after the fight. I think it's safe to say people underestimate how much power he actually has. Obviously it's not devastating, especially since his hands have been made of cornflakes for the last however many years, but it's more than enough to gain the opponent's respect. See Jeff Lacy's face, Jones' eye, and see Hopkins crawling about on all fours for confirmation that this dude knows how to win a fight, whether people like his style or not.

Its kind of funny how a slapping coward can make jeff lacy's and roy jones jr.s face look like freddy kreuger cut them up. Sorry man, RJJ is one of my all time favorites but you have to give credit where credit is due.Comment

I'd say Williams at this point. He is a bit raw and unpolished as a boxer but still only 27 years old with a frame that allows him to fight from 147 up to 160.
Kessler on the other hand is 30 years old, suffering from management problems and he may have already seen his best days.Comment

Post a pic of yourself. So we can see what a real fighter looks like. If you saw Paul in person you would tuck your **** between your legs and shake in fear. You're the ****in coward talking **** about a pro anonymously on a computer. Suck a **** you ****. By the way Curly, some people have small frames despite height and arm length. Paul is far from solid. Jealous, ****** mother****er.Williams should be fighting at super middleweight or light heavyweight. He is 6'3 and has 82" reach, he has longer reach than the Klitschko brothers (Wlad 81", Vitali 80").
Williams prefers to cut weight so he can pick on little men in the lower weight classes...he is a coward.
Williams career will be 10x that of Kesslers when it's all said and done.Comment
