    Vitaly-Gomez

Why do I see Wladimir-Ibragimov all over again? Please tell me it isnt so. Does anyone else envision the Vitaly-Gomez fight to look anything remotely close to the Wladimir-Ibragimov fight?

No, I'm expecting Vitali to knock Gomez out. Vitali has a granite chin and he is hard to hit and he he hits hard

Should be A LOT more entertaining than Wlad - Iggi
Gomez wants to box to a Ud and Vitali tries to knock him out, should be one of the better heavyweight fights this year.

I hope so. I just see Gomez trying to get Vitali to reach for him so he falls short and off balance and leaves himself open for counters. In any event, I dont see it being a barn burner.

JC Gomez is bigger and stronger, with a much longer reach than Ibragimov, 80.5" to 76". Gomez even has a slightly longer reach than Vitali, who's reach is 80". The styles of Ibragimov and Gomez are not similar, and JC has a higher workrate.

Exactly, and he's the only one to ever knock the durable Vladimir Virchis and Samil Sam down.

The skillful Taras *****ko repeatedly hit Virchis with his best shots for 11 2/3 rounds, and Vladimir hardly blinked.

I think JC has his work rate cut down in this fight. He'd be a fool to cut down or cut back, but something tells me he will be forced to by Vitaly.
