come on be real, pac fought at 135 ONCE then at 142 vs oscar. roach wants him to stay at 140 but that doesnt mean pac can't make 135 again.

Manny Pacquiao, as shown, as retained his speed at 147, so Pacquiao fits in with the 147 crowd. I vote Pacquiao. I think his resume is better then Cotto's and he's the higher regarded fighter right now.

If Cotto beats Mosley again, I'd probably vote him, but Cotto is not the #1 welterweight in the world right now in my opinion.
