I'd say Cotto but I want to see how Cotto does against Clottey first.

He MIGHT be damaged goods (let's face it, the jennings fight isnt a good measuring stick for this)

I hope he isnt damaged goods, in which case beating Cotto would be better for Floyd than beating Pacquiao.
