I saw his interview before the DLH fight, and i swear the dude was slurring badly.

I never said he ducked anyone I just pointed out his best win and the worst defeat the end.

waste of talent? to a certain extent. he's won a hell of a lot of fights/titles, never been counted out, and is still boxing today. it was the drugs and the lifestyle that did him wrong. but he is a great. if you were a fight fan back in the 80's you always liked camacho, but as time goes by new fans seem to delute the accomplishments of older greats like camacho. or they've only seen them fight on youtube or bought the career sets. back then it was the sign of the times. i tip my hat to camacho, he's done alot, and lost more.

That man had more talent and ability in one arm than most of todays champs have in their entire bodies...no disrespect to them, believe me, but Camacho in his prime was a SERIOUSLY talented and SKILLED boxer...

VERY GOOD observation man... the punches to the head and body he took from Chavez alone without getting stopped is a true stestament to his skills and HEART...and chin...Camacho's antics and skills and speed and flashiness, like Ali and Leonard before him, sometimes overshadow the fact that he was as tough as they come...

Camacho sr had wins against old Leonard and Duran.

He did better than Calzaghe in regards to fighting out of prime fighters.

one of the fastest fighters in the sports great talent and skilled .. was never knocked down or knocked out!, eight-time World Champion, in six different weight classes; there are no other boxers in the world that can make that claim, i don't think he was a waste of talent he did great, sure he was in a lot of trouble outside the ring but in the ring he has my respect..

I thought his best win was against Vinny Paz, Paz look to have all the advantages, and camacho made paz look like an ass in front of his own hometown.

I thought he was a very skilled fighter who just was not professional enough outside the ring.

I'm surprised some of the PR posters don't have any love for the guy, It's not like he is John Ruiz or anything!
