I thought he was one of the fastest boxers with natural instincts in the ring i have ever seen, i know he ran and held at times but i think he doesn't get a lot of credit he deserves?
your thoughts on Camacho Sr in his prime?

A monumental waste of talent.
At 130 and even 135 to a point, he'd be a handful for numerous fighters who are greater historically than him.
Again, what a waste. -
His best win was against Mancini and that isn't saying much considering how limited boom boom was.
Then mix in the ass beating he took against Chavez and you can see why this guy was so overrated.Comment

there was only room for one guy in my fav. fighters with a style like him back then. and snow pea took his spot. alot of the kids at my middle school liked him though. him and Tyson and Leonard...Comment

He was a waste of talent and a ****ing clown.
I reckon he had skills, but I hate the MO FO!!!!!!!!!!!Comment

Great handspeed and boxing skills, but he's a moron for not being disciplined. One thing that most people overlook when talking about him, he was a TOUGH motherfucker. Never stopped in over 60 professional fights.Comment

You obviously have no clue what your talking about. If there ever been a fighter who truely saw EVERYONE that was Camacho. Yes, losses to Chavez, Trinidad and DLH, but he was pretty much out of it by then.Comment
