    khan v Barrera rematch poll

would be intersting to here if ppl think it could or should be done

if you listen to him at the end of the fight he looks ok and says khans punches did not effect him so i think its a legit possibility

Khan punches couldn't have any effect since he hit and ran. He never one stood toe 2 toe to put his leg power into the punches, Khan definitely has a china-chin. And Barrera would sooner or later have caught up to khan and ko'd him if the deep cut wasn't their. Plus, I think Khan would have missed alot of his punches if barrera could see out both his eyes...

That fight was a disgrace to boxing, because in America that crap would have been stopped after the first round. Half barreras face was covered in blood, it was quite disgusting and disturbing to watch. The british officials only stopped it when it hit the 5th round to give khan the win... Khans a lame ass when he said he beat a legend. he didn't beat a legend, a cut did

With or without a cut - Barerra has no business being in the ring with Khan.

He can't beat him to the punch.
      He can't outwork him.
In the last fight he looked a clear weight division smaller than him.

A rematch would only further tarnish Barerra's formerly glittering career.

The only decision he needs to make is retirement.

would be an intresting rematch, well no it wouldnt it would be funny cos he would knock khan out even faster, but neither deserve a title shot yet, you can justify MAB getting a title shot coz he is a legend.

How so, Khan didn't do **** until after he cut Barreras forehead from a headbutt and then he starting dominating a one-eyed fighter. You clearly aren't a boxer, because you need both your eyes to avoid punches and so on. Fighting a one-eyed boxer is not impressive.

I reckon this time was the exception to the rule, if Im not mistaken American boxing is much more lenient on cuts compared to british boxing

Headbutt my arse. Have even watched the fight? How do you headbutt someone with the side of your head? Even an idiot can see it was an accidental clash of heads.

... and then he starting dominating a one-eyed fighter. You clearly aren't a boxer, because you need both your eyes to avoid punches and so on. Fighting a one-eyed boxer is not impressive.
You can only beat what's put in front of you. And that's what Khan did. Barerra must have known from at least round two that there was a danger the fight could be stopped. He had plenty of time to mount several death-or-glory attacks. I counted one and Khan was never in any serious trouble.

The truth is Barerra is finished. Kaput.

lol why is this even an issue? Barrera should have retired four years ago.
